Privacy policy

A clear view of the information you share with Navtori, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Last updated · 18 October 2026

Who we are

Navtori provides facilities management and related services. Company number: 15974002. Registered on 24 September 2024.

Information you share

An enquiry may include your name, organisation, email, phone number, service requirements, building location and preferred meeting times. Please avoid including sensitive personal information, access codes or details about other people.

How information is used

Proposed purposes are responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and arranging requested conversations. Before collection is enabled, we will confirm the lawful basis for each purpose. Handling business enquiries may involve legitimate interests; steps towards a contract with an individual may involve the contract basis.

Any future marketing signup will be a separate, optional choice.

Sharing and international transfers

Before launch, this section will identify hosting, email, form and customer management providers, the information they receive, and any overseas processing and safeguards. The enquiry form has no delivery provider connected.

How long information is kept

Cookies and browser storage

Our hosting service uses security cookies, and our policy-page controls can remember your essential-only preference in browser storage. See the cookie policy for the storage inventory and your choices.

Your rights and contact

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights have conditions and exceptions.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact our privacy team using the details that will be added before launch. Tell us what you would like us to do and which information your request concerns. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them through an appropriate channel. We may need to verify your identity and explain any limits that apply to your request.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this policy

We will update this notice when our information handling changes and show the revised date here.

About this website

Information and enquiries

Website content provides general information. Service availability, scope, pricing and timescales are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or service contract.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, disrupt the service or submit misleading information.

Content and ownership

Website content may be owned by Navtori or used with permission. These terms do not grant permission to reuse third-party material. Ask before reproducing content beyond uses permitted by law.

External links and availability

External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but content may change and access may be interrupted.

Services and Tori

Facilities management services require a separate written agreement. Production use of Tori will require applicable platform terms and privacy information; demonstration screens do not establish service commitments.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further liability wording and governing jurisdiction will be confirmed once the operating entity and service markets are finalised.

Contact and updates

Company contact details will be added here before launch. We will show a revised date when these terms change.

About Navtori

Navtori provides facilities management and related services. Company number: 15974002. Registered on 24 September 2024. This policy covers the public Navtori website. Separate applications and websites reached through external links may have their own storage arrangements and notices.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. They may be sent back when you visit again. Local storage is a different browser technology that keeps information on your device without automatically sending it with every request. This policy describes both. Session cookies normally last for your browsing session; persistent storage remains until its expiry rules apply or you clear it.

The categories in our current setup

Security: the hosting service uses a cookie to help apply traffic limits and protect availability. Preferences: Navtori can remember your essential-only cookie choice when you choose Save essential only. Analytics and performance: no optional audience-measurement tool is configured in the public pages checked for this policy. Advertising and targeting: no advertising tracker is configured in those pages. Other personalisation: no language, region or advertising-profile storage is configured by the policy-page controls.

Cookies and storage inventory

The following items describe the security cookie observed in public-page responses and the preference storage implemented by Navtori's cookie settings. Browser settings, security conditions and future website changes may affect what is present.

_cfuvid

Type
Security cookie
Domain / scope
www.navtori.com
Provider
Cloudflare, through the hosting service
Purpose
Distinguishes visitors sharing an IP address so the hosting security service can apply rate limits.
Duration
Session; no fixed expiry was supplied in the observed response.
When it is used
May be set when visiting the public website.

navtori.cookie-preference.v1

Type
First-party local storage
Domain / scope
The Navtori origin where the choice is saved
Provider
Navtori
Purpose
Remembers the essential-only choice, version and expiry time. No name or email is stored in this record.
Duration
183 days (about six months). The page stops using and removes an expired record on the next visit; browser data can remain until that check or manual clearing.
When it is used
Written only when you select Save essential only.

Hosting and external services

The public website is hosted on Webflow and delivered through hosting and security infrastructure, including Cloudflare. The _cfuvid cookie helps distinguish visitors sharing an internet address for security rate limiting. It is not an advertising cookie. The contact page currently shows an unconnected CAPTCHA placeholder; an active CAPTCHA service is not loaded by that placeholder. If that service is enabled, its storage and privacy information will need to be reflected in this policy. Links to external websites do not make this policy apply to those websites. Tori application storage is outside the scope of this public-website inventory.

Your choices

Open Cookie settings on the Policies page or in its footer. Save essential only records your preference; Close leaves the dialog without saving a new preference. There is no Accept all option because the current controls have no optional analytics or advertising categories to enable. Security cookies are managed by the hosting service, not switched off by the preference dialog. These controls apply on the browser and website origin where you save your choice; a different device, browser or subdomain may have a separate record.

Clearing or blocking storage

You can remove the saved preference through your browser's site-data settings, and block or delete cookies there. Clearing it means a later saved preference starts a new retention period. Blocking storage prevents Navtori from remembering your choice, but the policy pages remain available. Blocking the hosting security cookie can affect access where traffic limits are applied, especially on shared internet connections. Your browser may offer to restore session cookies when it restores a previous browsing session.

Changes and questions

We will update this policy when the website's storage or integrations change and show the updated date. Any optional tools requiring consent should be configured to respect the relevant choice before they run. For questions, use the Contact link at www.navtori.com/contact. Read the Privacy policy at www.navtori.com/policies#privacy for more information about personal information.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find information, explore our services and get in touch.

Last updated · 18 October 2026

Using this website

This layout includes descriptive headings, labelled form fields and visible keyboard focus indicators. Its pages adapt to smaller screens. You can use your browser’s zoom and text settings to make the content easier to read.

Keyboard and assistive technology

Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter to follow a link or activate a button. The cookie settings open in a dialog, which you can close with its Close button or the Escape key.

Accessibility status

A full accessibility audit has not been completed, so we are not claiming conformance with an accessibility standard. Keyboard behaviour, screen readers, zoom, contrast and mobile use need to be checked across the published Navtori website.

Known limitations

Enquiry sending is currently unavailable. A dedicated accessibility contact channel has not yet been connected. The live website and separate Tori application are outside the scope of this statement.

Report a problem or request another format

When our contact channel is available, tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do and what prevented you. If helpful, include the browser or assistive technology used, and the format you would prefer. You do not need to share medical information.
